convenient location and good amenities

easy access clean bathroom

the location proved easy to reach from the airport. i got a public bus from the airport. check-in was hassle-free. the room space and the arrangement was good even for a couple (i travelled solo). the bathroom and shower room was cleaned well.

the window in my room offered a view, but it lacked proper curtains or blinds. this made regulating the amount of natural light difficult. the light made it hard to sleep comfortably in the mornings.

the staff proved helpful. they responded promptly when i needed assistance. the communication was easy, and they were polite and responsive. i appreciated their quick resolutions to any queries i raised.

quick access busy hotel

i found room 1 ideal to get in and out quickly. this location is good if you prefer not to be in a busy hotel. i could come and go as i pleased (this was really convenient).

the hotel did not provide a hairdryer in the room, making it difficult to dry my hair.

clean room ample towels smart tv

my room was quite clean. i found ample towels provided. the whole hotel was maintained to a good standard, offering a generally neat environment. the smart tv worked well.

the stairs are very steep with no elevator. it was a long climb to my room on the top floor, challenging with luggage.

warm room modern decor

the room was warm and comfy it had all the facilitys i need. the decor was modern i thought and the location was fine.

the walls sounded like paper. you could hear everything from people next door.

digital keypad fast internet

The digital keypad access made arrival very easy. I appreciated the fast Internet. The ground floor offered a separate area for lounging and eating. I also found tea making facilities in the room very useful.

Great Stay Near the Botanic Area!

great location convenient parking

The location was great for the Botanic area! I attended a gig nearby. On-street parking right outside the building was very convenient. Accessing the hotel was easy due to the straightforward access codes. I also found good facilities available in the breakfast area.

My room lacked hooks, especially in the bathroom. There was no place for towels or coats. I could have used a shower mat also.
